US Department of Justice will not bring federal charges against police officer for death of Eric Garner 鈥� It was announced yesterday by the US Department of Justice that federal charges will not be laid against a New York City police officer for the 2014 death of Eric Garner during his arrest for allegedly selling loose cigarettes.
