September 27 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Community Day In person at the International Centre We will be hosting next month's Community Day at the IC on September 27 from noon to 3:00 p.m. in collaboration with Dal Legal Aid, who will be on hand answering questions about legal matters (particularly about off-campus housing and tenants rights). Come join us to get a chance to put your name in for a draw for something nice for your apartment. .
October 1 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. International Student Career Month Launch Event In person at the International Centre

The IC will be hosting a range of events and workshops throughout October to get you started on your career readiness journey! .

We will have an International Student Career Month Launch Event at the International Centre on October 1, where we will run an informational session and Q&A from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. followed by a meet and greet from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.. There will be refreshments and cake to celebrate the kick-off of the month. More event info is coming soon. 

October 4 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. (Atlantic Time) Navigating Work Permits: Co-op Work Permits and Post-Graduation Options  Join us to understand the different work permit options available to international students, including co-op work permits and post-graduation work permits. We'll cover eligibility criteria, application processes, and important timelines to help you make informed decisions regarding your work opportunities in Canada.
